Every trolley bag ever thrown away was thrown away for the same two reasons: a wheel sheared off, or the telescopic handle jammed. As trolley bag manufacturers in Chennai we build the wheel housing and the handle assembly as the primary structure of the bag rather than as parts bolted on at the end — and we build them to be serviceable, so a failure is a repair rather than a replacement.
The wheel housing is the bag
Wheels take every impact of a kerb, a stair edge and a baggage belt. We mount them into a moulded housing that is riveted through a full-width internal base plate, so the force spreads across the bottom of the case instead of concentrating at four stitch lines.
Wheels are double-bearing on the check-in range and sealed against grit. On the four-wheel spinner models each castor is independently replaceable without opening the lining.
Handles that can be serviced
Aluminium telescopic handles with a two or three stage lock, mounted on rails that run the full height of the rear panel. The tube gauge is specified for the case size rather than shared across the range, because a 70 cm case puts far more leverage on the handle than a cabin case does.
The handle assembly is accessible from inside the bag through a lined service panel. That is unusual at this price point and it is deliberate: a jammed handle should not be the end of the bag.
Soft and semi-rigid
Soft trolley — polyester shell over an internal frame, expandable gusset, external pockets. Lighter, more forgiving of an overpacked load, and easier to brand across a large face.
Semi-rigid trolley — an EVA moulded front panel over a soft body. Protects the contents like a hard case while keeping the weight and the external pocket access of a soft one.
Both are built in cabin, medium and large sizes, and sold as a three-piece nested set for gifting and retail.
Gifting sets and retail supply
Three-piece trolley sets are a mainstay of Indian corporate gifting and wedding gifting, and we produce them in volume with the brand mark applied to the front face or handle panel.
For retail and distributor supply we produce to your labelling, packaging and barcode requirements, with the colourway range agreed per season.

What happens if a wheel breaks?
On the four-wheel spinner models each castor is independently replaceable without opening the lining. We supply replacement castors to bulk customers with their order so a failure in the field is a repair rather than a write-off.
Two wheels or four?
Four-wheel spinners are easier on smooth airport floors and easier on the shoulder. Two-wheel cases handle rough pavement and kerbs better and have fewer parts to fail. For Indian travel conditions we generally recommend two-wheel for the large sizes and four-wheel for cabin.
Can the telescopic handle be repaired?
Yes. The handle assembly is reachable from inside the bag through a lined service panel. That is deliberate — a jammed handle is the most common reason a working case gets discarded.
Do you supply three-piece sets?
Yes, in cabin, medium and large, nested for shipping. Three-piece sets are our most common trolley order for corporate and wedding gifting.
What is the lead time on trolley bags?
25 to 35 days after sample approval — longer than our soft bags because the wheel and handle assemblies are sourced and fitted as separate sub-assemblies. Tell us your delivery date at the enquiry stage and we will work backwards from it.
