Where soft luggage actually breaks
Almost never in the middle of a panel. It breaks at the handle anchors, at the base corners, and at the zip ends. We reinforce all three: handles are riveted and bar-tacked into a webbing loop that continues around the base of the bag, so the load hangs from webbing rather than from stitched fabric.
The base is a double-layer panel with separate corner reinforcement patches, because a bag dragged across a platform wears through at exactly those four points first.
Formats and capacities
Cabin holdall — sized to the common 55 × 40 × 20 cm carry-on allowance, with a luggage pass-through sleeve for stacking on a trolley case.
Check-in duffel — 60 to 100 litres, with compression straps on the end walls and a full-length U-zip opening so the bag can be packed flat rather than stuffed through a slot.
Expandable holdall — a gusseted panel that adds roughly 20% capacity for the return journey, which is the one thing every returning traveller actually needs.
Waterproofing and the details around it
PU-coated polyester shell, waterproof-backed lining, and coil zips with storm flaps over the main opening. Rain on a platform or a wet cargo hold floor does not reach the contents.
Every bag carries a sewn-in address label pocket, and on the larger sizes a numbered internal tag, which matters more than it sounds when a family is travelling with six identical bags.

Are your cabin bags airline compliant?
Our cabin holdall is built to the common 55 × 40 × 20 cm carry-on allowance. Individual airlines vary, particularly on weight, so if you are producing for a specific carrier's route tell us and we will build to that dimension.
What sizes do you manufacture?
40 to 100 litres across cabin holdalls, check-in duffels and expandable holdalls. We also build to a custom capacity if you have a specific use case in mind.
Can you handle corporate gifting packaging too?
Yes. For gifting runs we produce the branded packaging alongside the bag, so the cartons that arrive at your office are ready to distribute rather than ready to repack.
How strong are the handles?
